The Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ) invites prospective bidders to participate in the following tenders:

Description of Services	Procurement of a contractor for construction of water reticulation, sewer reticulation and roads & stormwater drainage at Spitzkorp Housing Project in Gwanda

Compulsory Site Visit Meeting	Date:  04 November 2022, Time:  11:00 hours

Location: the meeting point will be at Gwanda Municipal Office, Cnr 4th Ave and Lawley St Gwanda.
Closing Deadline for Requests for Clarification	08 November 2022
Closing Deadline for Submission of Proposals	24 November 2022 at 10:00 hours CAT

Payment of Administration fees payable by bidders for bids subject to review in terms of section 54 of PPDPA Act	A must requirement.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Bidders who had paid the SPOC Fees in the cancelled tender (Tender No. IDBZ 17(b) of 2022) which was Published in the Government Gazette of 27 May 2022 are not required to make another payment for this re-tender. Instead they are required to submit the previous Proof of Payment together with their bids.


Bidding Documents will be available electronically and free of charge upon a written request to procurement@idbz.co.zw. Bidders must specify the Tender Number indicated in table above when requesting for Bidding Documents. 

Bids shall be valid for a bid period of ninety (90) working days.

Any bids send by email shall be considered nonresponsive to submission instructions and shall rejected. Bids must be delivered before or by the closing deadline stipulated above. Tenders will be opened in an online meeting immediately after the closing deadline for submission. 

Late bids shall be rejected without further consideration. 
Award of contract will be made to the bidder offering the lowest priced responsive bid.
