• Annex No. 3a - proposed provisions of the lending agreement regarding Package No. 1 and 2.
• Annex No. 3b - proposed provisions of the lease agreement in the scope of Package No. 3 and 4.
Medical devices that are the subject of the order should be understood as medical devices within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices.
Medicinal products constituting the subject of the order should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Act of September 6, 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law. The offered medicinal products must be admitted to trading in accordance with the principles specified in Art. 3 or art. 4 section 1 and 2 or art. 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law Act.
