Diesel fuel (Euro 5) (scratch cards/coupons in denominations of 10, 20 liters (winter-summer class) The goods must be delivered (transferred): from the date of conclusion of the Agreement until 31.12. 2026 (for the period of validity of the coupons), around the clock on FCA terms (in the version of Incoterms - ... I will 2010) - from the tanks of the Supplier's gas stations (gas stations), the list of which is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement. At the same time, at least 2 (two) gas stations must be located at a distance of no more than 5 kilometers by road from the Customer's location (legal address). The Buyer acquires the right to receive the Goods under such conditions after receiving from the Supplier specially made coupons for this purpose, each of which contains information about: type of fuel, amount of fuel that can be obtained upon presentation of this coupon to the gas station operator. The quality of the goods must comply with the Technical Conditions; DSTU 7688:2015 “Euro diesel fuel. Technical Conditions”; technical regulations on requirements for automobile diesel, marine and boiler fuels, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.08.2013 No. 927 (as amended), which are established for this Product in the Specification. The validity period of the Coupon forms is not less than twelve months from the date of signing the expense invoice. The Seller guarantees the availability of a gas station at which fuel will be dispensed to the Customer, located no more than 5 km from the actual location of the Buyer. The country of origin of the goods offered by the Seller cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
