Vila De Madrid): • Adaptation, Stabilization, Profiling And Leveling Of The Sand On The Beaches Before The Start Of The Swimming Season. •Removal Of Stones, Iron And Other Dangerous Or Large Elements, From Sand And Water. •Adequation And Conditioning With Sand From The Beach Itself Of: User Accesses, Cleaning Tractor Accesses, Locations Of Showers, Walkways, Towers, Lookout Chairs, Sunbeds, Aquatic Uses And Other Seasonal Facilities. •Sand Movements. •Installation, Maintenance And Removal Of Ropes/Fences From The Beach At Punta De La Tordera (End Of Av. Vila De Madrid). At No Time Can You Access Or Take Any Action Within The Closed And Protected Area Of ​​The Mouth Of The Tordera. The Mere Presentation Of The Offer Implies The Declaration Of Unreserved Acceptance On The Part Of The Successful Bidder To Have Recognized And Examined The Beaches That Are The Subject Of This Contract, To Be Aware Of All Their Physical Conditions And To Assume The Economic And Technical Feasibility Of Practicing And Exercising The Service, Without Any Type Of Obligation Being Demanded From The City Council In This Regard.
