This Document Regulates The Establishment Of A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Sda) And The Operation Of The Procurement Derived From The Supply Of Food Products For Human Consumption. The Food Products Supplied Are Grouped Into Seven Categories: 1) Pantry, 2) Frozen Foods 3) Beverages 4) Fruit And Vegetables 5) Meat 6) Dairy And 7) Thickeners. In The Case Of Category 6 (Dairy Products), The Derivative Contracts Will Be Reserved For Special Social Initiative Employment Centers And Insertion Companies (Ei), In Accordance With The Fourth Additional Provision In Relation To The Fourteenth Final Provision Of The Lcsp And With Rdl 1/2003, Of November 29, 2013, Which Approves The Consolidated Text Of The General Law Of Right Of People With Disabilities And Their Inclusion.
