Education
•	Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, in Information Technology, Digital Education, Project Management or a related field.

Professional Experience
•	Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in digital skills programs, training initiatives or digital learning platforms.
•	Experience working with online learning platforms or digital academies.
•	Experience working with multi-country or donor-funded programs is an advantage.
•	Strong experience in digital skills implementation leveraging physical and e-learning platforms.
•	Strong experience in monitoring and evaluation with a focus on tracking learner enrolment and completion rate, analyzing outcomes of training.
•	Demonstrated experience directly engaging with multi-stakeholder environments, development partners and senior government officials.
•	Experience in digital economy, ICT, or innovation ecosystem programs.

Technical Competencies
•	Strong operational project management experience.
•	Strong ability to align training programs with future of work skills.
•	Ability to understand and support digital entrepreneurship and employability initiatives.
•	Strong understanding of digital skills development and emerging technology trends
•	Ability to ensure quality of training and continuous improvement of the learning process.
•	A good knowledge of the digital workforce initiatives across Africa and make linkages to employability opportunities.
