The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Regulate The Concession Of The Private Use Of The Premises Intended For The Operation Of The Integrated Bar Activity In The Mazinger Z Park In Cabra Del Camp, In Accordance With The Details Of The Tasks Indicated In The Contract Of Particular Technical Prescriptions That Forms Part Of This Contract. This Bar Is Integrated Into The Mazinger Z Park, Located In Plaza Alfredo Garrido, In Cabra Del Camp, Serving The Users Of This Park And Anyone Else. The Fulfillment Of The Obligations And The Scope Of The Rights And Powers Inherent In This Concession Will Conform To The Determinations Of This Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses, The Set Of Technical Prescriptions (Hereafter, Ppt), The Regulations And Instructions That May Be Issued By The City Council And The Applicable Regulations. The City Council Is Bidding For The Concession Of This Premises With The Intention Of It Being A Space Where The Quality And Range Of Bar Services Are In Tune With The Purpose And Activities Of The Park.
