it is expected that Applicants present past experience for contracts whose characteristics are similar to one or more of the following criteria:
For the experiences regarding to “Heating Technology Symposium”,
It should be large-scale international technical conferences or forums. For each one, total days should be no less than 1 day, the number of audiences should be more than 50. 
The applicants undertaken most of the orgnization work, including events plan, venue reservation and equipment testing, materials preparation, guests and experts invitation and related accommodation arrangements, events announcement etc.
It is a plus, if the events were in China or France.

For the experiences regarding to “European Fact-Finding Mission on Heating Sector Decarbonization”
The business reception and/or study tour should be in Europe. 
for a single international business reception, it should not be less than 3 days (including international transportation), the delegation received should be more than 3 people.
The international business reception shall be technical and engineering investigation.
It is a plus, if the business reception is related to district heating. 
The applicants undertook most of the work of organization, including itinerary planning and arrangement, flight reservation and local transportation, accommodation reservation, coordination with the projects to be visited, professional translation etc.

For the experiences regarding to “Development and elaboration of a Decarbonization Strategic Plan for Zibo Heat Group Co.,Ltd”,
The related experience should be an energy plan (including heating) or a special heating plan at “feasibility study” or “detailed technical study” level. 
The working periods should be at least 3 months including no less than 20 expert-days.
The experience study should give comparable energy scenarios with quantitative figures and need to be implementable.
The study area should be in China. It is a plus if the study integrated international advanced concepts, technologies or project experience in termes of decarbonization pathway studies.
