The Subject Of The Contract Concerns The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of 27,000 Rations With A Nominal Value Of 10 (Ten) Euros Each (Or Alternatively 54,000 Rations With A Nominal Value Of 5 (Five) Euros Each) And 21,000 Rations With A Nominal Value Of 6 (Six) Euros Each For The Purchase Of Catering Products, To Be Made Available To The Staff Of The National Opera Stage, As Defined In The Operational Collective Labor Agreement Of The Employees Of The National Opera From 05.04.2025.
A Detailed Description Of The Physical Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I &Amp;#8211; Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Of This Announcement.
The Items To Be Procured Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Procurement (Cpv): 22413000-8 "Commercial Offer Coupons", 30199750-2 "Coupons".
The Contract Will Be Executed In Parts, Depending On The Needs Of The Hel, Which Will Be Communicated To The Contractor In Writing. The Execution Of Each Departmental Order Must Take Place At The Latest Within Five (5) Days Of Its Notification To The Contractor.
Redemption Period For Ordinances: 1 (One) Year
Offers Are Submitted For All Items To Be Supplied.
The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At One (1) Month From Its Signature, In Which Case All Feeding Regulations Must Have Been Definitively Received By Els.
